Role Summary:

As the Director of Content & Education, you will be a listener, an editor, a publisher, an event organizer and a content creator. You will commission new contributions, and manage a rich calendar of owned and community-led content and events with a focus on educating our creator community and their partners on how to plan, launch and sustain a vibrant creative crypto economy. Working in collaboration with our community and marketing teams, your focus will be on publishing inspiring, cross-channel educational content, organizing activities with and for creators, and rewarding our community members for their ongoing contributions.

The ideal candidate has significant experience leading content marketing and community education strategies, engaging content creators, managing a content calendar, and producing community events. This person has a deep familiarity with the energy and needs of the creator economy as well as educational needs in the technology space. Familiarity with and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies will be helpful in ensuring that we are providing the best education and inspiration for creators and their fans. As Rally is a fast-growing project, we expect that this role will evolve over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy for content creation and community education, with a focus engaging our community as leaders in driving overall ecosystem success.

  • Manage a cross-platform / media content calendar, including our blog, weekly digest and bi-weekly community call

  • Identify and launch additional channels of communication with our audiences including email newsletters.

  • Organize events, gatherings, workshops, presentations, peer-to-peer learning and sharing opportunities. 

  • Source, edit, author and publish content for our blog, emails, resources and FAQ.

  • Work cross-functionally to create new tools and resources, including visual/design/video content.

  • Engage and manage agencies and contractors, establish and manage community contribution reward system.

Skills and Experience: 

  • 5-10 years of experience in content management, specifically managing a content calendar, contributors, and editorial strategy.

  • Expertise in content creation, with a focus on written/design content covering tech product how-to’s, community best practices, case studies and interviews.

  • Expertise in event production, virtual and IRL, including talent management.

  • Significant experience working within the creator economy, and in collaboration with creative communities.

  • Experience engaging and managing contractors, and in commissioning and publishing high quality content for the web.

  • Understanding of the needs of both creators and fan/creative communities.

Director, Partner Management

Role Summary:

As the Director of Partner Management you will define and manage the roadmap for successfully launching and supporting the Rally creator community as they grow their Creator Coin economies. You will work in partnership with our creators and their teams to help them plan their launches, engage their fans / creative communities, and to drive adoption of their coin. Drawing on both qualitative and quantitative insights, you will help to define what makes a social token economy thrive, and work cross functionally to scale your insights across content, partnerships and product. You will be the first to do this work, and in collaboration with the VP of Creator Success, you will own and build a scalable system for ensuring creator success.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with significant experience owning significant account management portfolios, and who has the proven ability to create a scalable framework for relationship management. This person is a people person who has meaningful experience working with creative communities, and who understands the unique needs of creators and their communities. As Rally is a fast-growing project, we expect that this role will evolve over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships team to strategically support new creator launches with insights, resources and partnerships.

  • Define the metrics for success for the partner management team and provide consistent reporting on the health and performance of creators and their economies. 

  • Work directly with creators and their teams to provide ongoing strategic support for their economies, acting as both a sensitive and highly attuned sounding board to their needs as well as a pro-active partner, offering up new, creative ideas to drive their work.

  • Develop best practice playbooks for creators to grow their economies, sourcing ideas directly from creators, from internal product teams and from the crypto ecosystem.

  • Participate in key industry events and in the news as a thought leader on creator crypto economies.

  • Create a scalable creator management model that can flex from high touch, personalized support to a self-serve system.

  • Be the voice of the creator and work cross functionally to deliver insights that will help to grow our creator success efforts across our community and partner ecosystem.

Skills and Experience: 

  • 5-10 years of experience working with creators in account management role, including more recent experience in a senior leadership role

As the Director of Ecosystem Partnerships, you will own the growth of our expert ecosystem, with a dual focus on recruitment and engagement. Your job will be to define our strategic roadmap for growing our ecosystem of community / 3rd party developers, creative agencies and studios, community managers, content creators, PR professionals, tokenized economy consultants and other experts who can support our creators in launching, growing and sustaining vibrant creative economies with their Creator Coin. Our vision is that any creator will be able to self-serve with the building blocks they need at any given time, and this ecosystem is what makes that vision possible. You will work cross-functionally with our Creator Partnerships, Insights, Community and Product teams and together we will build a vibrant ecosystem that unlocks scaleable, self-sustaining success for creators.


The ideal candidate has significant experience in new business development, scaled relationship management, and is knowledgeable of Web 3.0 and/or crypto product development workflows. As Rally is a fast-growing project, we expect that this role will evolve over time.



Responsibilities:


  • Drive strategy for ecosystem development that is aligned with the needs of our creator community, complementary to our product roadmap, and supports business KPIs

  • Develop and manage new ecosystem relationships, from research through contract, to ongoing relationship management.

Role Summary: As the Director of Platform Partnerships you will lead Rally’s partnerships with leading web2 and web3 platforms and develop an integration plan with these platforms. Our ambition is for social tokens and NFTs  to be integrated across the web, where creator coins can be used as currency, and NFTs can be used to unlock exclusive content or benefits for a creator’s fans. Our approach will be to both build deep strategic partnerships with major third party platforms while also embracing a scrappy, bottoms-up approach, whereby we will use existing APIs to move as fast as possible to bring exciting new use cases to life. 


The Director of Platform Partnerships is an independent contributor who will be tasked with defining and leading our platform partnership roadmap, and will be resourced with a budget, an ever growing first party API portal and direct access to a talented and committed third party developer community. The ideal candidate has significant experience in new business development, has a native understanding of web3 applications, and has the ability to rapidly identify and pursue opportunities for integration and partnership. As Rally is a fast-growing project, we expect that this role will evolve over time.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a roadmap for partnerships with platforms that serve creators taking a scrappy approach to developing near-term integrations to enable great use-cases for creators and their fans

  • Pursue new business relationships with the end result of launching major new partnerships in service of Rally’s vision for web-wide integration

  • Represent Rally’s partnership efforts within the creator and crypto industries elevating the unique use cases enabled by these partnerships 

  • Work cross functionally to source insights, define use cases, and develop new targets for partnership and integration

Role Summary:


As the Creator Onboarding Program Manager you will own the experience of onboarding creators to Rally.io, with a primary focus on Coins and NFTs. The onboarding experience includes an application, layered onboarding and due diligence process, educational resources and activities, and many tasks related to backend set-up and administration. Your job will be both hands-on (directly managing the flow of onboarding with each creator) and also strategic (helping us to zoom out and improve the process both iteratively in the near term, and with a complete product overhaul in the longer term). Your goal always will be to provide a high quality experience for creators, ensuring that they are prepared with the resources they need. This is both a task-oriented role, requiring strong project management and communications skills as well as the ability to both handle fine-grained details and big-picture scope.


The ideal candidate for this role understands the creator economy, and has experience in a customer facing role as well as in channeling user research into informing product development. You are familiar with crypto, social tokens and NFTs, and understand what it takes to build a thriving micro-economy on the web. As Rally is a fast-growing project, we expect that this role will evolve over time.


Responsibilities:


  • Define an onboarding process that is inclusive of Coin launch and initial NFT creations, where creators have a clear roadmap for launching an economy complete with use cases for earning, holding and spending their Coin.

  • Manage all inbound applications for Creator Coins and NFTs, providing educational and technical support to applicants as they advance through the pipeline.

  • Work closely with the Rally team and creator council to further develop our application, review and onboarding process.

  • Work with the Community and Education team to develop tools and resources for better supporting application and onboarding processes.

  • Working with our Product Team to develop an automated creator coin pipeline. 

  • Growing with our team and project as we define more robust and automated processes for welcoming new creators to our ecosystem and supporting them to launch successful Coins and NFTs.

  • Supporting with new product launches as necessary, including collecting user insights and feedback, developing product marketing materials and managing processes related to rolling out and managing use of products.


Skills and Experience: 

  • 5-7 years in a customer support and/or operations role, especially as it relates to interfacing with product teams.

  • Professional experience working with creators, or are a creator yourself. You should be familiar with the creative economy and the needs of both creators and fan/creative communities.

Role Summary:


As the Director of User Experience, you will own researching, understanding and then executing on the interactions of creators and fans with our platform. Since Rally is a fast moving company in an innovative space, you will need to quickly identify pain points, be creative and flexible in identifying user profiles and have a deep empathy with fans and creator fandoms. You will own the experience of our mobile app, our mobile web page and our base site, as well as our onboarding flows for both creators and fans. Rally’s technology and economies are based on crypto and you will need to understand and design for the special considerations of this space, such as irreversible transactions, limited administrative support if users make mistakes and opportunities for fans and creators to earn and receive rewards for their actions.


The ideal candidate is experienced with user experience research and user experience design. Some background in virtual or digital economies will be a large bonus. As Rally is a fast-growing project with an emphasis on decentralization, this role will need to be comfortable with shifting between managing our in-house designer, supporting designs themselves, working with vendors for design and user research and providing design support to the engineering efforts of our outsourced vendors.

  • Defining and driving the UX vision & identity for our web and mobile experiences

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of our platform strategy, enabling third party developers to create rich and powerful experiences that drive our creator economies forward. You will shape the direction for Rally’s API and trusted app capabilities. Given Rally’s focus on decentralization, the majority of intended creator economy use cases will be powered by the third party dev that you will enable. You will work closely with Rally’s VP of Product, VP of Creator Success and development teams to foster and grow this ecosystem.


An ideal candidate is experienced in working directly with internal and external devs and understands the complexities of third party development ecosystems. A background in development, particularly of backend systems, will be a bonus. Given that Rally supports creators in making a living, this role will need a focus on financial security and ensuring that our customers are protected from fraud and malicious attacks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute product vision and strategy for a shared core platform

  • Define, build, and launch new ways for 3rd party developer to extend the product

  • Work across product, engineering, design, and executive teams to successfully propel core platform initiatives forward and achieve internal adoption

  • Define and build features that will increase developer efficiency and improve the reliability and scalability of the platform


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have experience as a Product Manager leading product initiatives around developer platforms, developer ecosystems, developer tools, or other technical products with software developers as a user persona
